In Moscow, there is an active campaign to mobilize the civilian population. And at the front, Russian soldiers do not even have metal identification tokens. The occupier writes down information about himself on a piece of paper and stores it in a sleeve.

- On the Kupyansky , Limansky , Bakhmutsky , Avdeevsky and Novopavlovsky directions, the enemy continues to concentrate his main efforts on offensive operations. Incurs significant losses. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are taking additional measures to strengthen defense.

The situation in the occupied territories

Agitation and mobilization
- Agitation is spreading in enemy subunits about daily monetary allowances for participating in assault operations. In addition, an additional payment per kilometer of advancement on Ukrainian soil has been announced.
- In Moscow, agitation work was launched to mobilize in relation to scientists. In particular, explanatory work was carried out with the staff of the Polyus Research Institute, Russia’s leading scientific center in the field of laser technologies, about social guarantees and benefits for mobilized persons.
Losses of the invaders for February 13
- Ukrainian aviation inflicted 15 strikes on the areas of concentration of the occupiers.
- Ukrainian fighters shot down two enemy aircraft – Su-24M and Su-25.
- Rocketeers and gunners destroyed a command post, seven manpower concentration areas, two electronic warfare stations, and an ammunition depot.
Previously, ” Fleet 2017 ” reported that Russian troops did not stop attacks in the Lugansk region . The heaviest directions are Kremennaya and Belogorovka.
It was also reported that the Russian military is preparing for a strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is trying to strengthen two directions of the front – Zaporozhye and Luhansk. Defensive fortifications are being built in the regions and personnel are being transferred.
